Every dish is prepared on-site, at your event, by Founder and Executive Chef Philip Dorwart and his team. A fixture in the Twin Cities fine dining scene for over three decades, Philip brings restaurant-level technique to every plate, whether the kitchen is his or the room you've gathered in.

Most caterers cook somewhere else and arrive with the food. We build a working kitchen at your venue and cook everything from scratch, the night of your event, for your guests. That's the food side. 

The other side is harder to name but easier to feel. A team that's been briefed on every detail before they arrive. Service that anticipates what's needed before anyone asks. A host who gets to be present instead of managing. That's what we mean by hospitality.
